Dual turntable

A dual turntable usually has two sports where you can put records with controls to adjust the sound in the middle.  Dual turntables used to be a lot heavier and more bulky, but advances in technology have lead to the streamlining of most dual turntable models.  Some DJs choose to intentionally use heavier models because they want an old school sound or they can’t afford anything else.  The old school dual turntables are good, buy you will be able to get a better sound from modern versions.  If you’re performing on your own, these models are fine.  However, DJs often go head-to-head, so it’s important to have equipment that’s better or on the same level as your competitor.
You don’t want to step into a battle with deficient equipment and get embarrassed by someone who has the newest and the best equipment possible.  Dual turntables might end up costing you a little more, but they’re a worthwhile investment if you’re really interested in becoming a DJ.  Your investment will pay you back in the long run.  If you keep practicing, you will make back what you paid for the dual turntable and then some.  Some say you have to spend money to make money.  This couldn’t be more true for DJs and their craft.
The importance of a turntable to DJ can’t be understated.  You’re not going to last long in the DJing world if you don’t have a good turntable.  Pick up an affordable turntable to practice on until you think you’re able to move up to an expensive model.
