Power amplifiers

Surprisingly, power amplifiers play a large part in most DJs shows.  It’s hard to hear sound coming from a turntable just like it’s hard to hear a guitarist playing on the other side of the room.  DJs often need to be heard over all sorts of commotion and ruckus, so it’s important that they have the equipment to make their music strong enough to overpower any other sound in the venue.  Bands that have DJs and perform in large arenas hook their DJ up to their amplifiers just like the bass guitarist.  If you don’t hook your DJ equipment up to an amplifier, very few people are going to be able to hear you.  Plus, you wouldn’t be able to turn the volume up very high, which is discouraged at most parties.  You need to make the music deafening or get off the stage.
You don’t want to have an amplifier that’s too powerful though because it can put your party at risk for being shutdown or make it so your equipment blows up due to the amount of power that’s surging through it from the amplifier.  Pick an amplifier that has the highest amount of watts your equipment can handle and put it into your show right away.  Your crowd is going to love the loud music you’re blaring their way all night long.  Crowds that love loud music are going to flock to every one of your shows.  You will end up playing in large arenas in no time.
